The Balanced Scorecard uses key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and track employee’s capacity to short-term and long-term goals (Graybeal, Franklin, & Cooper, 2019). These consider the worker’s career development and best practices adherence as set by the firm. In this vein, the four metrics I propose for the Ultra Ski company supply management system include cost, employee turnover, average inventory turnover, and profitability.
