Results and Interpretation of Data Analysis
It was discussed in the literature review that company (or workplace) atmosphere is crucial in order to increase job satisfaction and performance of the employees. After conducting the survey, the authors of this article was able to see how much these factors affect how the employees perceive and appreciate their work and workplace in a real-life setting. Particularly, the results of the survey showed that a lot of the employees appreciate their jobs due to the constant interaction between themselves and their clients, as well as between them and their managers. On the one hand, interaction between them and their clients through allows them to ‘engage’ in their profession. On the other hand, regular interaction between them and their managers makes them feel ‘respected’ and ‘appreciated’, which is another crucial aspect for job satisfaction.
