1 What action plan would you recommend to Robin?
Robin needs to expand the decision-making facet of the organization from one person (himself) to a set of individuals. He may need to set up a board of directors or the management unit of the group to help in making strategic decisions concerning the band. The huge numbers and increasing financial, resource and management issues are indicators of the need for Robin to enlarge the managers to cater for the enormous band; from a simple organization to a complex one. For instance, Robin may create the catering manager to take care of all food issues, human resource department for censuring the members and assigning them roles within the band. Robin needs to come up with other businesses that the band members can engage in apart from robbing the rich in transit. Consequently, Robin should look for another forest to diversify his revenue and help manage the population a forest can hold.
