La Salsa Mexican Grill is a fast growing restaurant that will be situated in Los Angeles. The restaurant’s mission will be offering “Food with integrity” which implies that it will be looking for the best ingredients grown with respect for the farmers, the environment and animals. The number of staff and customers for a start will be approximately 20 and 150,000 in number.
