Enayat, A., & Naser, Z.-M. (2013). The role of transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational learning in improving the performance of Iranian agricultural faculties.

In this peer-reviewed article, the authors emphasize how higher education learning can be served as a sustainable competitive measure to battle the level of unemployment rate affecting university graduates. Both authors also described the level of unemployment in the agricultural faculties and one of the reasons was based on less funding in the areas.

Enayat and Naser described that the application of knowledge and knowledge sharing can serve an important purpose in the dynamic of organizational learning. The researcher also described how organizational learning is developed by other factors like participatory leadership.

Catherine, B. (2014). The enlightened organization: executive tools and techniques from the world of organizational psychology.

Based on the research the author did in this book, Catherine described how leaders become willful blindness based on the things they should have known but did not know. This is described as been ignorant of the law. She believed that organizations are the lifeblood of any society because they have the possibility through creativity. As every organization relies on its leadership to make a good judgment on behalf of the organization and be able to see things more clearly.

The author reflects on how leaders in an organization can use their personal and interpersonal skills to manage their organization by taking new skills and be ready to face any challenge and competition. The research was precisely analyzed and well presented.

Richard, P. (2010). Organizational behaviour performance management in practice.

In this book, the author based on an organization's practices behavior, the author on the pattern that can be used to address the behavior, attitude, and values than can be used for effective performance during turbulence in an organization. the author tries to analyze how individuals view is perceived with their view and belief on how the world is formed.

Richard sees how poor leadership performance can undermine the performance of an organization. He believes that human resource management is important in structuring an organization and how an effective employee relation can be a great asset to any given organization.

Tsui, A., Zang, Z.-X., Wang, H., Xin, K., & Wu, J. (2006). Unpacking the relationship between CEO leadership behavior and organizational culture.

This novel book based on the author's research about the CEO’s leadership behavior and the organizational culture. The authors analyze how the CEO’s decision can change or shape the future of an organization. Using discretion to effectively structure how organization to make a provision for an unforeseen circumstance.

The authors believed that the CEO’s leadership behavior can make an impact on the way an organization behaves, and the institutional factors and their leadership will provide more strength to the organization.

Shein, E., & Schein, P. (2016). Organizational Culture and Leadership.

 

Shein’s book offers a piece of advice on how managers and students can expand their knowledge by focusing on cultural dynamics and using practical concepts to solve international differences. More attention is given to how the role of leadership varies depending on the age of the company from the establishment, through mid-life time to old age as the social issues differ depending on each stage.

The author described in their research that outdated practices should be replaced to achieve more effective results in an organization as leaders should also continue to seek more knowledge to improve and survive in today's business.

Wenjing, L., Bhutto, T. A., Reza, N. A., Shaikh, H., & Samo, F. A. (2018). Organizational innovation: the role of leadership and organizational culture.

 Based on the survey made by the authors in this article, Li described how innovation can be accelerated in an organization through the help of its leadership structure. Experienced managers and employee provides an asset to an organization in adopting a new innovation to support leadership and culture.

Innovations among leaders help to shape an organization to be able to perform better than its competitors giving room for more adaptability to this changing world. The authors in this article presented their research with more insight for their readers to understand.

Darwis, A., & Dematria, P. (2019). Creating Knowledge Management with the Role of Leadership and Organizational Culture: Evidence from State Owned-Port Company.

In this peer-reviewed article based on the research by Darwis and Dematria, they both attempt to determine if organizational culture and leadership have any impact on the knowledge. The application of knowledge management in a business is required to encounter obstacles due to the fact that it involves all the company's employees.

The researchers believed that human capital can be generated through knowledge management. The researchers can see the potential in knowledge management. The article was precise and well presented.
