I trust that accountability is a crucial principle in any functioning health care organization. Better teams are founded on accountability and making everyone feel that their responsibility is significantly contributes to better patients' outcomes. It, therefore, means that employees of healthcare organizations should be familiar with the fact that it is their responsibility to ensure the good running of this organization. Though the entire leadership team has to make this possible, accountability should start from the top organization down to the rest of the members.
