Organizations around the world comprise of individuals not only from diverse backgrounds but also with different behaviors. There are individuals who are come and collected, and then there are those who are wild and have to be the center of attention. The latter are the sort that their absence from the organization for instance through sickness speaks volumes despite no interruptions to the operations. The onus therefore, usually falls on the management and the leaders in the organization to ensure that the employees conduct themselves professionally and also that their differences don’t result in any unnecessary conflicts. One notable mechanism that manager can employ is the incorporation of various parts of the bible including Psalm 19:7-14. While the bible essentially helps individuals to live in accordance to God’s teachings, this particular section provides sentiments that assist in guiding and shaping organizational behavior in a biblical perspective.
According to Psalm 19:7-14, it is vital that organizational behavior reflects the law of God since it is not only perfect but also refreshes the soul.
