Globalization is a critical issue that increases employee turnover in my company. As a result of globalization characterized by advanced technology, employees in my company can share ideas about their labor rights, including but not limited to increased wages, motivation, and professional development needs. The company failed to fulfill these demands leading to a massive turnover of its employees (Crisp, 2021). Inadequate training and feedback constitute one of the critical factors for employee turnover in the firm. In this regard, the company provides few training opportunities for the workers to advance their knowledge and skills in the job market. Also, an unfavorable working environment characterized by strict rules and a high employee task load led to the resignation.
