Review "Professional Applications in Service Learning: Problem-Solving Scenarios," select one relevant business scenario, and create a 300-500-word outline that addresses the following questions:
Examine the behaviors presented in the selected scenario. Apply the IDEAL problem-solving process to the scenario. Be sure you discuss each aspect (Identify, Define, Explore, Act, and Learn) of the method as it relates to the scenario.
Determine whether the behavior in the scenario could be described as unethical or illegal and how this should be addressed professionally.

Melissa Anderson, Connie Maddox, and Rajantiben Patel work in the same company. Connie works under Pater. Anderson is the company's new CEO and has already met with the leadership team to discuss the lack of trust for job positions in the facility. Since Anderson is new to the company, she learned about the issue when she held a private meeting with Maddox. The meeting between Anderson and Maddox also led to the conclusion that Maddox would be moved to a new office with a window. However, according to the company rules and regulations, such offices were reserved for executive company employees such as Patel. After the meeting with Anderson, Maddox approached the company HR to inform him about these changes, which needed to be effected. However, HR approached Patel to confirm the changes but found out that Patel did not have any information regarding the changes. The HR told Patel that Anderson and Maddox were having several private meetings. The HR also confirmed the changes from Anderson, who confirmed that it was true and nothing would be done about it. The HR also learned that Connie was claiming she would take advantage of the dirt she had on Anderson.
