Hard Rock promotes core values and a culture of employee development, diversity, and creativity. Employee development is mastering new abilities and sharpening existing ones; diversity includes different people and fostering a sense of belonging, and creativity generates ideas useful in solving a problem or entertaining (Khan & Abbas, 2022). Employee development is seen through initial training and courses, internal managerial promotions, benefits to part-timers working 19 hours and above, employee bill of rights, and interactive job-oriented videos. Moreover, the business encourages diversity by screening applicants on interests like storytelling and music and hiring on the criterion of positive attitude, intelligence, and self-motivation. Lastly, Hard Rock upholds music, memorabilia, and videos at the center of its services; however, the waitresses and waiters must ensure the experience is authentic and lively. As a result, the café requires creative individuals' thus promoting the value of
