You are to gather the information and write a formal business report containing a site-by-site summary of the trip. The itinerary will identify the sites visited and topics covered.
Your report must be concise (3-4 pages double spaced in 12-point font, excluding cover page and references pages).
It must be well-written, but in lay terms so that anyone can fully understand your reasoning, include proper APA format and introduction that clearly outlines the purpose and flow of the essay, and a strong conclusion.

Employer branding is essential and determines how well the company’s image. It is what many potential employees look for before applying for jobs in a particular company. The two companies of interest I picked are general Motors and wells Fargo. I would so much want to apply for a job at General Motors, and at the same time, I would not wish to apply for a job at Wells Fargo.
General Motors has an appealing website. This attractive website is the first reason I would like to work with it. All information about the company can easily be located. The data is placed under different categories depending on what it addresses. Examples of the groups are technology, community, culture, and commitment, among others. Any specific information on technology can be accessed from the link provided under technology. The same thing with information on what General Motors is doing to the community and what its commitment is. How this information is categorized encourages one to want to be associated with the company (Klein, 2000).
General Motor enjoys an excellent public image since there is no adverse information about it on the internet. Its employees are entitled to different kinds of allowances in addition to permanent employment terms. The company is also in the frontline in helping in the fight against COVID-19 disease. All these collectively encouraged me to want to apply for a job.
Wells Fargo, on the other hand, has a negative image in the eyes of the public. Its employees were accused in 2016 of creating fake accounts that were used maliciously. The accusations against Wells Fargo employees tarnished the image of the banking organization. I would not want to work in such an organization whose employees are accused of defrauding the clients (Tayan, 2019).
The information I researched about these websites relates so much to the information in the YouTube video. I aimed to determine how the two companies treat their employees in terms of the benefits and whether the working environment is pleasant. I also looked at how strong their management, as well as how their financial status is. All this information is captured in the video, too (Randstand Group, 2019).
The two companies have incorporated social media into their branding. Both have social media accounts whose links are attached to the companies’ websites. These links help people who visit the site to access and follow the companies on social media. Social media is regularly updated with information about the company’s routine plans. The updates on social media help a lot in branding.
