There is an increasing body of evidence that a diverse team can be created with people of different ethnic and racial groups are given a chance to show off their skills (Kruse, 2016). I will be doing the same, as I do not believe in any type of discrimination when it comes to hiring someone. I strongly believe that every skilled, experienced and qualified individual should be given a chance to work in a professional environment. My team will be diverse as it will consist of people belonging to different backgrounds, races, religions and experience levels. However, the one thing I would like to pay attention to is that we have to gain a competitive edge as a team, as this is the only way to ensure the long term success of our company. Basically, my company provides writing services to customers all over the world, and I have hired an extensively large team of writers, editors, and proofreaders. I give a chance to both inexperienced and experienced people, but the core requirement is that everyone should be capable of writing content in English without any major spelling mistakes. There was a time when one of my employees failed to meet the deadline, and the piece of content they wrote was not according to the instructions.
