ABOUT THE COMPANY
Harlet Technologies is a real estate technology company that intends to make use of Blockchain technology to bring together the homeowners, real estate investors, and the renters. Property listings for investment will be listed on the platform for the investors and one can carry out an appraisal of the property. Renters can also select their location and locate the properties they are interested in.

Five main principles will guide the cultures at Harlet Technologies. We want to create a culture based on the following core values.

Characteristics of Employees
The employees who will work at Harlet Technologies should reflect the above core values by the company. The employees at Harlet Technologies should have the following characteristics.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills- Employees should have the ability to resolve the problems that come up within the company. This will make them innovative.
* Exceptional leadership skills- We want self-motivated employees. The employees should work towards achieving our core values. There is no need for an external push to have the employees work towards the vision of the company.
* Social- The company needs to create a team of employees who can easily communicate with the customers and other employees.
