Please research in the library Bolman and Deal’s four-frame model. Discuss how one of Bolman and Deal's leadership frames can contribute to a good project management plan or cause difficulties. You should research in the library a case study to support your example.
Example: Apple had a very symbolic leadership. It changed when the patriarch was fired. The leadership reframing caused the organization a period of decline in user satisfaction and organizational balance. Bolman and Deal's (2008) symbolic frame characterizes the original leadership model having "the ability to inspire trust and build relationships" (p. 346). When, Jobs was released by the board of trustees, consumer, and organizational employee trust declined. The decline continued to shadow the organization until Jobs' leadership reinstatement. Henceforth, organizational and public trust regained spiriting new innovation and marketspace.
