Structured Self Development (SSD) is a training that is based on a web and is

SSD exists in four levels supported by a strong appraise and a process of feedback that requires a self-assessment tool. In this essay, we will discuss the perspective of structure self-development 4(SSD4). SSD4 is a self-placed courseware set and provides a meaningful support program that is a competency-based and continuous learning approach to an individual that encourages their initiatives. This leads to improvement soldier determination and focuses on the army profession. It links the three development domains enabling high performers to improve their pace and development depth. To understand the wholeness of SSD4, some aspects should be considered, including the process, environment, and content. The process is comprised of items that include necessary security, which requires a special card from the government and a reader to access the website, ease of use, accessibility by all types of computers, laptops, and tablets, and the time required for completion of the course. SSD4 tasks are focused primarily on the battalion while serving as a platoon sergeant, i.e., first-class sergeant. In SSD4, various classes are covered, including military operation, leadership, managing soldiers/soldier readiness, military decision-making process, communication, and physical fitness, among others.
Military operations involve coordination of actions of the military of a state or a non-state actor which responds to a situation that is developing. Designing the actions to military plans helps solve the case in the state or the actor's favor. The operations are classified by the scale or the scope of employment force and effect on the conflict. The contents of military operations include theater, campaign, battle, strike, and engagement. Theater involves a process covering a large area and representing a strategic commitment of the nation to the conflict with goals that cover consideration areas outside the military, such as financial or political impacts. The campaign is more limited to geographic strategies having broader goals whose result is outside the military. Battle has specific military plans, and geographical objectives, and clearly defined forces use. Engagement describes a contest of specific objectives using actions of distinct units. Strike describes a specific target single attack which in most cases forms part of an engagement that is broader.
