To understand the wholeness of SSD4, some aspects should be considered, including the process, environment, and content. The process is comprised of items that include necessary security, which requires a special card from the government and a reader to access the website, ease of use, accessibility by all types of computers, laptops, and tablets, and the time required for completion of the course. SSD4 tasks are focused primarily on the battalion while serving as a platoon sergeant, i.e., first-class sergeant.
