Part 1 Response
When working as a team, sustaining a futuristic mindset and seeking avenues to foster teamwork, continuous improvement, and attaining the team's objectives is crucial. If I were to do a project again, at work or in another course at University, I would set myself and my team up for success by maintaining a growth mindset, avoiding blame games, practicing active listening, and being present. This would enable me to realistically evaluate potential pitfalls that led to team failure in previous engagements. These aptitudes are also crucial to assess authentic opportunities that could increase the probability of continued success. The specific solutions to achieve success in the team include mobilizing external facilitation, creating ground rules, and selecting particular areas to prioritize. This is crucial to ensure a shared understanding of the team goals and avoid the pitfalls recorded in previous projects. Overall, these solutions are crucial in ensuring that the team conducts open discourses that are central to learning as well as continuous improvement.

The adaptation pillar ensured that the team was willing and prepared to execute changes when presented with new inputs or facts (Talik, 2022). The group recognized the adaptation principle by conducting routine scrum meetings and providing numerous chances to change the project deliverables during implementation.
Part 3 Response
The first highlight of the chapter is the sprint which forms the foundation of Scrum. It implies setting a time frame, normally two weeks, where the team indulges in specific goals or tasks. Sutherland and Sutherland (2014) assert that sprints are fundamental to the success of the scrum processes because they enable the team members to focus and see the task's urgency. Team members enhance their time management skills and focus on the assigned tasks by concentrating o...
