He is interested in the environment but believes green designs are far too costly. Hugh's opinion is based on assumptions rather than facts; he hasn't researched the topic and actually has very little knowledge of green buildings.
You decide to explain the economic and social benefits associated with green buildings in a letter. In your letter, you will draw on the report from the World Green Building Council (refer to the attached document). You will summarize the article's purpose and main points and ask him to at least look into investing in a green building.
