My favorite period of time is when I sleep. Many ask why this is the best time. This is because they thought that being with friends is the best period of time. However, I always felt like sleeping is the best moment because when after waking up, the feeling of refreshment has been keeping my own self to become energized. This is why sleeping is my favorite period of time. I can sleep anywhere and anytime that I want. People really understand why I sleep often because I really love doing naps all the time.
Reasons why Sleep is my favorite Period of Time?
1. Sleeping is a physiologic need for our body. The human body needs to sleep at least 8 hours a day. The main purpose is to regenerate cells, tissues, and organs that were exposed to exhaustion. Sleeping aims to repair damaged tissues so that the body can start the day with full of energy.
2. I can relax when I am sleeping. I believe that sleeping is an effective form of relaxation. This is because our body has been always undergoing a series of exhaustion. Whenever the body is awake, all cells and tissues work 24/7 to process physiological issues.
3. You will forget everything when you sleep. Your brain’s chemical process changes its current mechanism in order for a person to improve their emotional balance. All recent activities will be backed up by the memory, refreshing the processes of the brain’s actions upon waking up.
