Abstract
The COVID 19 pandemic adversely affected the education sector globally. In the US, many educational institutions began offering remote online education services. Online learning was the best option to continue education, but it was not easy for students and the learning institutions to transit into remote online learning. Communication technology advancement and digital social networks have helped boost online education and allow remote learning, which has faced challenges. This study aimed at characterizing the spaces that educators have established for online discussions.
