Dumplings are easy to make and even more delicious. The main ingredients are flour, salt, warm water, green onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground pork, pepper, shrimp, carrots, mushrooms, and red cabbage. To start, pour four cups of flour and one teaspoon of salt into a large bowl. Add one and a quarter cups of warm water to the mix and stir. Roll out the dough on a floured wooden surface and knead till the dough is smooth. Divide the dough into equal parts. Again, roll out the equal pieces of dough and divide them into more pieces. Depending on the number of dumplings you want, repeat this process with the dough till it is exhausted. Flour the pieces you have created and roll them out into thin circles.
