Managing organization culture in the workplace is not easy for new leaders. The culture of any organization involves stringent believes and behaviors that dictate how workers within the organization. It is believed that the organization’s culture plays a major role in the success or failure of the company (Warrick, 2017). Most of the problems for many struggling companies are largely associated with their culture. Therefore, it becomes challenging when incoming leadership has to change this culture. For new leadership must come up with a careful strategic plan based on the needs and challenges at that particular time. Furthermore, new leaders should know that company’s culture change is associated with impacts of terms of measurement and internal validation concerns (Warrick, 2017). As a result of this, there should be a clear thought-out procedure and perfect timing to carry out an organization’s culture changes.
