Mission and Vision Statement Students Name Institutional Affiliation Course Date Mission and Vision Statement A mission statement usually defines the objectives of an individual which they apply with the aim of attaining their goals. A vision describes the desired future position of an individual. As a nurse my mission and vision statement is to be able to provide high level of care to one patient at a time, with good attention to ensure that I offer quality care; serve with love and dedication with the aim of improving awareness in health and literacy among all the patients. How does that impact your nursing leadership style?  I am able to profoundly identify with the qualities, aptitudes and the attributes which I feel that a nurse must embody. Being a nurse generally show that I have discovered a life purpose and having known my personal philosophy of nursing is a method for revealing what fuels your passion for the profession (MCCONNELL, 2014). Personal values helps me to be connected mentally and emotionally to the work that I do.
