Dear colleagues,
I am sending this email to you as a reminder of our agreed meeting. As you can remember, we were given the task of guiding some of our international visitors to some of the local tourist places here in China. Accordingly, even though we have discussed some of the best places that they would surely enjoy, we agreed to meet again to finalize the itineraries for the whole day tour.
Based on our original discussion, we should be meeting on Sunday, October 25, 2020, precisely 3:00 PM in the F Bistronome here in Beijing. We already have a reservation for ten (10) on the second floor of the same building.
For this meeting, our agenda includes; (1) finalization of list itineraries, (2) setting back-up plans in case of unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances, (3) division of tasks, and (4) appropriation of budget.
I hope that we can all be on time to finalize our itineraries and ensure that our foreign visitors enjoy their time with us. This is a crucial moment for our organization as this could lead to the closing of our deal with our potential business partners.
