On the 9th of September 2017, Florida was hit by Hurricane Irma, which at first was classified under category 1 hurricane. But as the winds progressed, it was later said to be category 5 hurricane that was said to be strong enough to kill people. Families were evacuated in preparation of this storm and most families do not know whether they will find their homes intact when they return. It is believed that the effects of this storm will be still felt even after it has passed. Hurricane Irma has left the residents of the affected areas devastated as well as killing others.
