Lawyer Conduct RE: Complaint Letter For Legal Malpractice

Hi! I have little/big? job for you. I need this...I was involved in a car accident years ago June 16 2008, seriously injuring my neck. I had to fire my lawyer. A new lawyer hired a 3rd party lawyer to dig into my files. In Ontario Canada you have 2 claims 1 in tort with the driver who hit you, the other with your insurer. Cariati Law ( Mario Cariati) hired a non-legal person (ex-insurance negotiator) to negotiate the tort ( Janice Weatherhead). I was sent some documents by error by a secretary. After this I fired the 2nd lawyer for not disclosing this info, both Italian lawyers (1st and 2nd) I find out who are friends. The first lawyer sued me, he got peanuts because of what was discovered I had no knowledge, I was told to stay home. My insurance has fought me for years saying whatever I needed was to be recovered in tort. I have 30 days before the ability to sue ends, Mr. Cariati hired a lawyer (from legal insurance) because I threatened to sue him. I want to make a small claims court claim for $25,000 is the max. I need a 1 page statement ( short to the point) that this behaviour is ethically unacceptable and has caused me great financial grief (never being able to return to my job as an optician), because the statements are absolutely untrue. I complained to the law firm and I was ignored, them preferring the version of Janice. There are many untrue statements, huge document , I'll give you the meat of the conversation. If you want more just ask. Just say you (Mario Cariati) are negligent and you are responsible for actions of your staff. How dare you disparage your client in sensitive negotiations? This information was relayed to my Insurer Wawanesa, the reason they fight me like I am a piece of shit. Janice called the wrong Dr. and never were my Dr. files ever retrieved from the law firm. They did though pay a walk-in clinic hundreds for nothing files where I attended a few times and called this Dr. who said I stopped seeing Dr.'s. My Dr. Tawadross asked my lawyer to call him because he was angry that injury x-rays were not sent to him that lawyer sent me to have. Lawyer Cariati not wanting to call, never did while I was a client. Please make a 1 page statement about how it is wrong to talk about your client behind their back and misrepresenting them and ignoring documented complaints. I'll send you my complaint to the Law Society and the most demeaning remarks. It is important to note the letter from Mr. Cariati's counsel says I continue to collect benefits from Royal Sun Alliance, this is bullshit, they were the tort payer, long gone. Wawanesa refuses to settle my claim based on Mr. Cariati's version of his client in the beginning. I just want a 1 pagish impact statement about why not to trust your lawyer and in particular this one. It will be a 1 page statement of claim for breach of contract and or negligence. No big deal here this is not Superior Court, it's small time stuff client representing herself. This will see a mediation meeting before it ever goes on public record, it won't see a courtroom believe me. Don't believe what you read unless I said it. It's all total nonsense. If you look at College of Opticians of Ontario and do an optician search you will see Ms. Leslie Watson is on a medical leave, this month/this week I will retire myself on the public record.

FYI- Janice Weatherhead returned to the insurance industry as a negotiator after leaving Cariati Law, according to the internet she has since died of cancer.
A statement of claim in Small Claims Court needs to be short and sweet. Like I said this is not high court where big time lawyer negligence cases play out.
