The table provides information about the changes in modes of travel among England commuters by illustrating the average distance in miles travelled per person annually using different modes of transport in 1985 and 2000. As data shows, the average miles travelled by Brits through cars, long distance buses, trains, and taxi increased in 2000 as compared to 1985.
