Authentic leadership comes from a leader acting with integrity. Being a leader is sacrificing to serve other people, and by doing so, they develop trust. Being in leadership requires one to value his employees to gain their loyalty. So, a leader should be in the business of realizing his counterparts' potential and motivating them to seize an opportunity.
There are particular strengths that a leader has or has to learn to have in pursuing tough decisions. One power that is seen in leaders when making decisions is they have good communication. Strong leaders are great communicators. A leader must have this power because when a leader liaises well with the employees, they all learn their tasks well. So, a leader needs to set the goals clearly because their production, whether good or bad, reflects the leader.
Another one is the ability of a leader to be situation-aware. Understanding all that is happening around one organization, it's good quality and leadership prowess. A leader needs to be conscious of the events happening to make necessary decisions towards issues. Solving disagreements calmly and coming up with a mutual solution is one of the leading power they must possess. Having such a skill can solve both personal struggles and organizational ones as well.
