The project focuses on improving the Fashion Revolution's efficiency by improvising its internal and external communication strategy. The main objectives were to engage more volunteers with the organization, increase collaboration in the organization across geographical boundaries, and integrate the selected target markets' cultural aspects, namely Spain, Mexico, Guatemala, Kazakhstan and South Africa. The main findings of the research are given below:
* Applying the Hofstede model of cultural dimensions, it was found that countries are very diverse and on different levels of spectrum for various dimensions.
* The strategy suitable at a particular geographical location will not work on the other, so the communication strategy needs to be culturally aligned in each country.
* Lack of proper communication creates many organizational issues, including loss of productivity and high volunteer turnover. The volunteers feel disconnected and continue to lose interest in the activities due to a lack of proper feedback and complementation.
