Nimble Storage mission is to provide their customers with the most efficient data storage platform in the industry. The mission and vision of the company is to fast-track digital revolution by offering their customers the fastest, most reliable, and efficient data in-premise and in the cloud. Nimble storage’s mission and vision would be classified as geocentric. A geocentric approach focuses on seeking talent from the most suitable individuals regardless of their nationalities (Tiwari, 2013). Nimble Storage’s approach would be considered geocentric because more than 60 to 70 percent of their hires come from referrals (Bahrami, 2015). Regardless of where the individual comes from or the company where they previously worked, Nimble Storage prefers to work with them. If they are referrals, they are even better because Nimble Storage believes they can easily assimilate to the company’s culture.
