Developing a schedule for a classroom is not an easy task. In this assignment, you will create your own schedule for a preschool classroom.
Part A
Imagine you are a teacher in a preschool classroom. Create a schedule that begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. Your schedule should include all aspects from the arrival of the student to the departure. Be specific and detailed, similar to the schedules shown in Chapter 3. When making a schedule, teachers need to consider each of the following: early childhood philosophy; the needs of the children; a balance of activities (child-initiated and adult-initiated; individual, small-group, and large-group; quiet and active; indoors and outdoors); the needs of parents; and time for routines, transitions, and extended center time for in-depth learning.

Explain each of the areas listed above (in italics). Give an example of how you approached each of those areas in your schedule.

8.00 am -9.00 am Arrival Time and breakfast. 
Students arrive, eat breakfast, and engage in our daily morning to enhance motor skills, art, and literacy. 
9.00 am -9.25 am Music and calendar
Students learn math skills by evaluating the calendar. In addition, after math, to break the monotony of numbers and engage in something more exciting like Music. It contains instrument playing, rhythm, and rhyme.

Students will engage in structured and unstructured outdoor play provided by the school ( Adam,2022).  
12.05-12.15 Pm Students Clean up
After the play, students will change their game attire and clean up, ready to continue the rest of the activities. 
12.15 pm – 12.45 pm Lunch
Students will take Lunch provided by the school 
12.45 pm -1.00 pm quiet time
Students will rest quietly in class for I5 minutes
1.00pm -1.20pm Free Play 
After Lunch, students will have free play to allow digestion of the Lunch eaten.
1.20 pm -1.50 pm Small Group 
The class will be divided into smaller groups and involve the students in a project from coursework or something they learned outside the classroom. The instructor will supervise and guide the classroom.
1.50 pm -2.15 pm Larger Group
After the activities in the smaller group, the class will then Join to be one large group where the students will share their projects with their peers. 
2.15 pm – 2.30 pm Snack 
The students will take snacks they have carried. 
2.30 pm -2.45 pm Free Play
The students will participate in free play in the playground. 
2.45 pm – 3.00 pm Clean Up
After the play, the students will clean up and prepare for the afternoon class. 
3.00 pm – 3.30 pm Small Group 
The students will participate in the group activity as guided by the coursework. Each student will be tasked with training that they will present to the entire class. 
3.30 pm – 4.20 pm Large Group
