I have been in America for two years and every time I come to America I usually add weight and get much fatter. This year I have gained 20pounds and whenever I look at myself in the mirror and I don't like myself that way. This has really been a challenge to me and I am working hard to overcome it. I have made my mind to lose weight and I have joined the track team and started workouts to lose the weight I have gained. But it may be their own behavior it not decisive character. It dragged me on until the end of October. My friends especially my roommate have been encouraging me to join the track team. On my way home my roommate has asked me whether I have signed up for the track team.
I told him that has not yet enrolled and he is not happy. He is anxious why I did not enroll and he asked me very many questions. Finally, I told him that I have enrolled and he was really hard for me. Becoming fat has not really affected my academic achievement that much, but the fact that I walk to school daily, it has been a bit tiresome to me to walk to school and sometimes I get to class late and find the lecturer my lecturer already in class. I don't like seating at the back of the class so whenever I arrive late I seat at the back ...
