Language refers to a method of human communication, either spoken or written or both, that involves using words in a structured and conventional way. The 44th president of the United States, Barrack Obama, communicated to the country’s electorate through a language that communicated hope to them. The language of hope, precisely, was what the American people needed since they were looking forward to changing. The interaction between power and language has been evident in the political world and, more specifically, during President Barrack Obama’s tenure. While seeking permission to make decisions for other people, there is a need to communicate with them.
