Comment:
Walden University’s mission and mission remain essential in inspiring me and some of the core values that define my goals in aligning with the institution's objectives (Peinovich & Hodgkinson, 2011). Given this, the mission and vision of the University necessitate its commitment in equipping me with the required knowledge in acting as an agent of change, thus empowering me with the right tools to become a leader in the future.

Comment:
As a learner in this institution, one of the essential aspects that make my learning process wholesome remains in the inclusion of technology in addressing some of my education needs and staying at par with the world online community.
Communicates effectively via e-mail and other forms of communication using the strategies presented in the course
Comment:
Having an understanding of communication and some of the forms used in achieving this, I am committed to the use of e-mails, video conferencing, texts, and blogs to mitigate the barriers that stand in actually communicating with my peers during the learning process.
