The concept that bad is stronger than good is discussed in positive leadership. Positive and negative feedback can be experienced with varying degrees of consequences. At a personal level, I tend to remember the negative feedback the most since it makes it possible to change actions, behaviors, or strategies. In such contexts as the workplace, negative feedback could be an indication that I have done something bad. The consequences of such actions can be more devastating as compared to the joy of doing something good.
