1 Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Communication whether orally or in writing is more about expressing a writer’s inner feeing about a thought and more importantly, eliciting the same feelings in the readers. To achieve this level of communication prowess, it is not about the level of vocabulary that has at their disposal, I am able to find the right word and placing it in the most important part of the sentence. Depending on the audience, I am able to vary my communication approaches to match their skill level and the occasion, whether formal or informal.
2 Demonstrate ability to balance multiple activities, complete assignments accurately, and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
When one is working on a number of activities or even projects, the first element that comes up as constrained is time. This is a resource that is fleeting and as such, I prioritize my projects relative to their demand on time and other resources. This way, it is possible to evaluate the most time consuming projects and starting with them. The level of complexity also comes into question, as complex projects tend to take up more time and resources. Having established the chronology of the activities, I am able to accomplish all at the stipulated time and with the dedication that each demands.
3 Demonstrate ability to apply your experience and education to construction engineering and contract compliance principles.
Every project is different, it will however, require that some of the basic principles are applied at all times. As a professional it is not only important for me to follow the principles but also make sure that safety standards are maintained. There is a...
