* Introduction
Children's environment is crucial for the development of their characteristics and trait. One of these environments is school grounds because almost all children go to school. School is essential to the development of particular interests of a student; thus, making the school's environment child-friendly can significantly help the development phase of a student. However, some factors cannot be eliminated but can only be mitigated, like school violence. These two factors are prevalent in every school ground because students' mindset is different. According to CITATION Ezi15 \l 1033 (Enyinnaya, 2015) violence in school is caused by multifaceted social ill that can happen in different reasons like intake of drugs, personality problems, psychological deficiencies, and violent media to name some. Teachers and faculty members are promoting suitable learning environments every time in the hope to mitigate this action.
* Purpose of Paper
Violence is common outside and inside school grounds, and there is no good outcome anyone can get out of it. That is why the government implemented rules to avoid individuals doing such things. Even though these laws and regulations are implemented, violence cannot be totally removed. This research aims to give a resolution to the problem of school violence by giving rational facts of how to prevent school violence by treating them right from the source of the problem. These facts are taken on credible sources that can be useful in solving this problem of violence inside the school ground. Also, by stating facts from other literature on the same topic, it aims to widen the reader's vision by exploring other studies.
* Literature Review
School violence is always presenting in every school ground and cannot be avoided but can be always be mitigated. Many resolutions are made throughout schools around the globe to prevent school violence at its roots. As Furlong (2000), stated in their journal, the best way to prevent school violence is through prevention programs about violence and by highlighting the factors directly linked to violence. They also believe that in addition to identifying the traits and characteristics of the perpetrators and the victim, the researcher should also examine the factors in which certain violence occurs.
Another study related to school violence by Peterson (2000), said that programs could help students reduce their violence action help create a violence-free school environment. Also, school climate plays a significant role in their action.
Groups of people who have the same goal can help raise awareness of what they are fighting for. Forming a group aiming for anti-violence can help eradicate school bullying causes, not just because they stand to stop the violence. However, they also communicate to higher officials about the goals, making the school faculty aware of the case and hopefully making a change in their current rules and regulation, making it stricter and more effective.
