As a private entity, the Catholic school has they right to hire who they sue their interests and who is compatible with their principles. Mr Barret said he was a catholic and, as a catholic he should know better that the homosexualism is not accepted by Roman Catholic Church. LaBarbera reports in his article that focusing in homosexuality in schoolchildren, bring homosexual-affirming behaviors and influences and, encourage young schoolchildren to adopt positive notions about homosexuality. I jut feel that the G& L support's groups take all kind of opportunity to discredit everybody who is against an homosexual and by this, promoting homosexualism as a "new norm".

The issue of homosexuality has for long time been a bone of contention, gradually with increased knowledge and exposures some progressive people of cloth have stood up to fight for gay rights. Nonetheless, the Catholic Church does not argue with the scripture but it’s openly opposed to homosexual sex orientation (Alison, 2010). The Gay and Lesbian activists have a major role to play to ensure that the homosexuals are granted their rights and are not discriminated due to their sexual orientation. Unknown to many homophobic school administrators, many people do not choose their sexual orientation as gays, rather they are born gay. Revisionists have come to embrace this concept after realizing that some genetic components amongst the homosexuals affect their sexual orientation causing them to have partners of the same sex (Berzon, 2011). Many opponents of the gay and lesbian relationships approach this concept with the religious feeling and beliefs, innumerable studies have been spawned to suggest that homosexuality is inborn thus the homosexuals have a right to their orientation because they did not choose their sexuality(Alison,2009).
