Border Control Security Issue Affecting The United States
        Organizations must perform at resourceful levels to achieve their goals. The United States border control is an indicator of organizational performance. The United States border, which is federal and uniformed, provides security at the United States borders. Border control achieves this goal by detecting and preventing the illegal entry of individuals into the United States. They also facilitate the legal migration flow of people and goods and prevent illegal tracking of contrabands. Commercial needs and national security need to be balanced. However, balancing them is a longstanding issue that led to terrorist attacks that led to change in the national-security environment. To analyze the border control security issue affecting the United States, we will consider the practical strategies, training structure, border control effectiveness, border controls, and recommendations.
Border control strategies are essential in an organization. The United States employs strategies to address areas affecting the security sector. Strategies focus on the expansion of interagency planning and operations. Besides, migrants are sensitized on the importance of respecting the law of the land (Estevens, 2018). The system also focuses on establishing and engaging a common operational picture and enhancing cooperative law enforcement efforts. The coastal border of the United States is disparate concerning threats and capability efforts. On law enforcement, the coastal border has many enforcement agencies that coordinate activities in daily operations. The agencies have more limited platform requirements for detection purposes.
The Southern border focuses on achieving the proper balance between people, technology, and infrastructure. It also focuses on enhancing rapid response capabilities and maintaining and controlling borders related to threats and priority. 
Border Patrol strategy is concerned with proper personnel deployment, body infrastructure, and prevention through deterrence posture. In the strategies of the southern border, some challenges will be handled through the improvement of detention and capabilities of surveying to aid in supporting resources of the existing agent. The strategies will also help to address, developing and changing threats as well as those vulnerable. 
Lastly, in this section of strategies, the Northern border control makes recognition that geographic commands produce a greater vulnerability for terrorists-bordering-crossing attempts in the northern border. The north border patrol is responsible for ensuring that mobile workforce levels are enough. Their primary mandate is to ensure that the borders are safe (van Klingeren et al., 2017).
