Suppose you have been tasked with purchasing health insurance for your organization that has fifty full-time employees.
Use the Internet or Strayer databases to research different types of health insurance.
Write a 2-3 page paper in which you:
Suggest one (1) plan that you would use to purchase health insurance for your organization. Determine the extent to which employee lifestyle choices and health economics would factor in to your chosen plan. Provide a rationale for your response.
Analyze the implication of the Affordable Care Act on your decision to purchase insurance. Debate two (2) advantages and two (2) disadvantages of purchasing health insurance for your employees, as opposed to having your employees receive governmental insurance.

We have selected a united health care choice from United Healthcare because it provides many facilities within an affordable range. It is especially for small business with up to fifty employees at comparatively lesser costs and maximum benefits. Discussion Health Care Plan This policy saves money by providing access to any doctor, clinic, hospital or health care facility within the national network. The doctors and facilities included in the network have agreed to provide services at a discount. Preventive care is covered completely in the network (Moses et al., 2013). Whenever any employee visits any doctor within the network range, he has to pay a discounted price. Another advantage is that no referrals are needed to see a specialist and there is no need to select a primary care physician. This will also reduce costs as a referral from a primary health care provider causes an extra burden on people seeking medical care. This insurance company also provides an online system which made it easier for the employees to avail its services and save their time. United health care choice covers doctor visits, emergency, and hospital care, preventive care services, diagnostic lab tests, maternity care, prescription medicines, rehabilitation care and aids and many other wellness services (Moses et al., 2013). These services are by employees need as it covers almost all health care necessities.
