An SSI shredder is a machine used to cut items into small particles. As seen from the video, these machines play a significant role in reducing the accumulation of waste products such as used tires, a seat, and old fridges, among others. Despite the benefits of using the machine to reduce waste into smaller particles, the use of the shred has some chemical, physical, biological, and safety hazards.
