Action Steps (2 points each x 3 = 6 points)
Goals are achieved by breaking them down into smaller, more manageable steps that bring you closer to your goal. Write 3 Action Steps that relate to your goal.
Strengths/Resources (2 points each x 3 = 6 points)
For each Action Step, describe strengths or resources you possess that can help you complete that Action Step. Strengths and resources can be internal things, like knowledge or skills that you have already, or can be concrete things like access to what you need to complete the step.
Barriers/Challenges (2 points each x 3 = 6 points)
For each Action Step, describe barriers or challenges you might come across in trying to complete this step. Barriers and challenges can be internal things, like lack of motivation or competing demands on time, or can be external things.

I have recently finished my first semester with distinction, and I am a little embarrassed to say that I had a lot of behavioral problems in the past. First of all, I, being an intelligent and most prominent student of the class, was a little arrogant. I used to speak lesser with my class fellows as I thought that they would waste my time. Another problem was I used to study overnight, and this led me to develop stress and depression. The medical condition took a serious form within weeks, and then my healthcare expert (a psychiatrist) recommended me to change my lifestyle as well as my behavior. He told me that it was okay to work hard and to stay alone during studies, but it was not good for me to show arrogance to others, as this type of behavior was bringing me to a point where I could be left alone permanently. Finally, I realized that changing behavior was the need of time. In order to make it possible, I began speaking to my class fellows, shared notes and books with them, made a couple of new friends, and became friendly with everyone on the campus.
Strengths
The first strength is that I listen to others carefully. I understand that a few months ago, I used to ignore everyone around me and was overconfident about my intelligence. However, things have now been changed, and this could not be possible without the involvement of the psychiatrist. He was the first person I listened to carefully, and I acted upon his advice to manage stress and depression and to get rid of my behavioral problems. Another strength is that I am never shy saying sorry. Previously, I hurt a couple of my class fellows, and when I realized my mistake, I went straight to them and said sorry. We shook hands, and I requested them to become my friends.
