In my opinion, a healthy work-life balance refers to the state of equilibrium where a person prioritizes the demands of one’s career and personal life. Outlining the steps of maintaining a healthy work-life balance is vital in meeting everyone’s needs. Understanding that not everything is essential is one of the efforts of enhancing a healthy work-life balance. Therefore, one should try doing fewer things and ensure that they are perfect. Besides, one should decide their values and focus on those that take precedence. Personally, achieving a healthy work-life balance starts by being aware of how your actions impact your emotional health and those around you. Notably, this means that I cannot highlight one aspect of my life; therefore, I have to compromise. For example, sometimes I wake up early to work. I resonate that a healthy work-life balance refers to the relationship an individual has between his work and commitments in their life and how they interrelate with each other.
