The Powers of Judiciary
Alexander Hamilton said that among the three divisions of the government, the judiciary is undoubtedly the weakest. I believe that Hamilton was right, and his statement still holds some truth, mainly because the court only has the power to make the judgment. On the other hand, the legislature and executive can control finances and the military, respectively. In that case, congress makes bills, amends them, and controls the country's financial budget while the president decides when to wage war or make peace using his military control. Nonetheless, the judiciary being the weakest branch of the government does not necessarily mean that it is weak. The court does hold some power concerning the executive and legislature.
