Training Program Checklist for Security and Transportation SOPs

INTRODUCTION
Now that you have a set of SOPs in place and a plan for communicating them, you will need to train your employees on those procedures and develop a way to measure their performance on the tasks which have been assigned to them. In this activity, you will develop an SOP training checklist.

Develop a training program checklist around the SOPs for security and transportation that you developed in Module 5. Include in your training program who will be trained, how often, and what will be covered. Be sure to address both new and existing employees and how you will implement training on a regular basis in order to ensure compliance with the SOPs you wrote in Module 5. How are you going to conduct your training?
Be creative when creating your checklist. You can use whatever format you are comfortable with for this assignment (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, video, audio, etc.)
