The use of modern technology in healthcare delivery has become one of the major topics of discussion. The use of telehealth has become a viable modality in the process of patient care. Patient satisfaction is one of the major indicators of the use of telemedicine in addressing patient issues. In the research, all themes of healthcare practices were successful. In fact, the discussion of the researchers was intriguing to the extent that research limitations had no effect on the variables. However, implementing the study to a wide range of patients would have a better impact on the findings since it would enhance data analysis.
