Research is paramount in the field of nursing, and according to the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, it is vital since it creates a platform where nurses can get advanced knowledge and advance the practice (Mezibov, 2000). In nursing research can be conducted both in qualitative and quantitative methods. Communication for this finding is important, and it should be clear and concise. The nurses should understand the findings without any complications. For research to be effectively communicated to the audience, it has to have the following characteristics; concrete examples, jargon-free and a highly visual pedagogy (Henly, 2016). This is essential so that a lot of explanation does not have to be done. The best way of communicating research findings to the nurses is through giving hem each a copy of the results and holding discussions to discuss the results.
