Reticulocytes or immature red blood cells (RBC). Reticulocytes are red cells that are maturing and result from the orthochromatic erythroblast differentiation process. Reticulocytes are in the blood 1 to 2 days before becoming blood cells, and the reticulocyte count rises if there is a blood loss and in cases where there premature loss or destruction of the red blood cells. The reticulocytes replace what gets lost after blood volume decrease.
 Describe the three phases of the normal blood-clotting process.
 The first stage is the constriction of the blood vessel (vascular spasm or vasoconstriction) where the blood vessels are essential in moderating blood clotting and the endothelial cells prevent clotting and platelet aggregation, which stops coagulation. The endothelial cells stop the secretion of coagulation if there is endothelial injury occurs and constriction stops blood flow (Marieb & Smith, 2016).
