You are to create a reflective essay on how this signature assignment meets at least two of the three course learning outcomes (CLOs) for DHYG 305 General Pathology Immunology and Medical Terminology. If you feel this signature assignment meets all three of the CLOs, this will be acceptable as well. The three CLOs for this course are:
1.Differentiate between health and disease using medical terminology for effective communication.
2.Create an annotated bibliography of general pathology reference materials from scientific literature.
3.Explain the value of understanding disorders and diseases to enhance patient care.
Format
You are to create a thoughtful and reflective essay in a Word document that has 1 inch margins (all around), 12-font Times New Roman font, double-spaced, and you are to indent each paragraph. This essay must include a minimum of four paragraphs (remember that a paragraph must be a minimum of three sentences, even though the APA rule is two sentences). This essay may be written in first person tense because this is your personal reflection. This reflective essay is to be written at a level that is indicative of your status of entering your junior year in college. This means I am expecting college-level writing, using college-level words and sentence construction.
Expectations
• Introductory paragraph that describes the signature assignment (which was to write 3 annotated bibliography) of creating an annotated bibliography. How does what you learned through completing these annotations connect to the learning outcomes in this course (you must write about how they connect to at least two of the three CLOs from above)?
• A paragraph (or more) that includes your reflection on the assignment. Answer the following questions:
o What challenges did you face in completing this signature assignment? How did you address/troubleshoot them?

o What were your successes in completing this assignment?
• A paragraph (or more) that discusses your learning throughout the term in this course.
o Describe your learning process throughout this course and what it felt like at different stages until you mastered certain skills associated with this signature assignment.
