The selected health organization is Banner Health. Banner Health is based in Phoenix, Arizona and is among the largest healthcare systems in the United States. The health organization operates as a non-profit health care system in the United States. Banner Health offers nursing registries, home care, rehabilitation services, surgery centers, hospital care as well as laboratories. From Arizona to Alaska, this health organization is committed to fulfilling its nonprofit mission of making a distinction in the lives of citizens through outstanding and exceptional patient care (Banner Health, 2014). In this essay, the readiness of the health care organization in addressing the health care needs of citizens in the next 10 years is assessed.
