Continuous Quality Improvement is a well-organized corporate procedure entailing Healthcare professionals and different workforce in scheduling and using continuing healthcare practical improvement in care methods to promote quality healthcare services to patients. Therefore, CQI is a management concept used by healthcare organizations to improve their processes. It is crucial to enhance organizational processes to strengthen an organization rather than accusing the workforce as instigators of inefficiency. On the other hand, CQI helps mitigate turnover, especially for a small organization. Notably, there are significant results and procedure measures of CQI. With close relation to the above analysis, the paper will discuss two process measures of CQI, outcome measure, a delineation of selecting every step, and how information can be gathered. Two Process Measures Applicable For CQI

Commonly, process measures reveal reputed commendations for medical practice. Several quality measures in care facilities used in public reporting are derived from process measures. These measures can find if care professionals adhere to the protocols elucidated in the medical standard of practice. On the other hand, process measures answer questions such as "did the patient receive the right care?" or "at what percentage of time do you think this patient received healthcare?" 
Outcome Measure applicable for CQI
Healthcare results attain the outcome. Outcome measures point to the healthcare consequences. Outcome measures entail how the system influence patient values and their health status. On the other hand, outcomes measures also relate to healthcare professionals, payers, and the internal community. The outcome measures are any features or qualities quantified to evaluate the health status of the patients. Outcome measures have been consistently used to determine the quality of patient healthcare services. Cheng et al. (2014) reason that outcome measures have been classified into infection, death, discontent, discomfort, and disability. 
Outcome measures are affected by numerous factors where some are don't control or influence healthcare providers. Practical application of outcome measures is crucial to quantify the rate of precise outcome for a group of individuals. Outcome measures are the expense of surgical complications or healthcare-acquired diseases and the surgical death rate incorporating perioperative surgical death incidences.
